As one of our college interns, Sofia has worked as the Presidio Education® Sustainability Team Captain. Majoring in public health, Sofia is passionate about solving homelessness, especially for low-income students and families. Developing sustainable solutions for pollution, such as deforestation, is also very important to her because she understands the urgency of protecting the planet. In her free time, Sofia enjoys learning more about health, team building, math and psychology. While Sofia's college goals include maintaining a high grade point average (GPA) and gaining multiple leadership positions for academic clubs, she focuses on building strong communities. Continuously working on her networking skills, Sofia hopes to start her own business one day and become an expert in public health.
