Private Classes

Please review our page on Private Classes to learn more about how we structure classes for individual students. Private Classes are custom-designed classes based on individual needs and requests. Parents and students are encouraged to complete our Private Class Registration Form to submit class requests.

reschedule classes

All class rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to given classes by completing our Class Rescheduling Form. Any rescheduled class must be made up within the same given spring, summer, or fall term. We will try very hard to reschedule classes to convenient times.

Group Courses

Group courses are structured by subject and difficulty level. We offer courses in various time zones to accommodate our students across the world. Please complete our Group Course Registration Form to submit course requests. We kindly remind that all courses have limited enrollment.

Easy Class Scheduling Process

Our class scheduling process is easy and comfortable. All parents and students are welcome to book as many or few classes in an open registration term. There is no need to worry about us changing student schedules! Just please remember that we operate on a first paid, first served basis.

Class Format

Classes are held online in video conference format. All students must ensure they have strong Internet connections, dependable earphones and clear cameras. Classes must be conducted without outside interruption or noise. All assignments must be submitted before class.

Payment

Parents and authorized students may complete payment for classes through PayPal, or the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, JCB, or Diner’s Club. All invoices and payments are completed in United States dollars (USD). Thank you.

Priority Students

Priority Students demonstrate a combination of registering for multiple classes per week, registering for classes deep within a given term and are known to have low rescheduling requests. Priority Students enjoy the benefit of registering for classes before general registration periods open. Parents and students may request in-person classes for no additional charges.

General Students

General Students may register for classes during open general registration periods. Parents and students may request in-person classes upon availability for additional travel charges. Parents and students may contact our Customer Service Team to request to be upgraded to Priority Student status, which will be reviewed on a per basis account.
