At Presidio Education®, we believe in maintaining a smooth and respectful calendar for all families and teachers. If you need to change a scheduled class, simply complete our official Class Rescheduling Form below.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. Requests made within 24 hours are subject to forfeiture without refund, as last-minute changes can significantly impact teacher availability and planning.

All rescheduled classes must be completed within the same spring, summer, or fall academic term. While availability is not guaranteed, our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred time zones.

We do not charge any rescheduling fees — a policy that sets us apart and reflects our commitment to student flexibility and fairness.
